1. Who we are

SeeEveryMoment (“we”, “us”) provides a service that helps event hosts collect photos from their guests using a shared link and QR code. For the personal data described in this policy, SeeEveryMoment acts as the data controller. The legal entity and registered address of the controller will be confirmed here before launch.

2. Personal data we collect

We process the following categories of personal data:

• Host account data — the email address used to sign in and any authentication details handled by our login provider.
• Event data — details a host provides, such as the event name and date.
• Photos and their metadata — images that guests choose to upload, which may contain personal data of the people shown in them.
• Technical data — limited information such as IP address, device and browser type, and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the service to hosts who create an event and to make the live slideshow and downloads available.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve how it works.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where required, for example for guests who voluntarily upload photos and for any non-essential analytics. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must process data to comply with applicable law.

Photos may reveal information about identifiable people. Hosts are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and display photos from their guests, and for informing guests how their photos will be used.

4. How we use personal data

We use personal data only to provide and support the service — for example to host events, show the live slideshow after the host's chosen delay, let hosts manage and download their photos, send transactional emails such as event links, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers (processors) who help us run the service, such as cloud hosting, photo storage, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements. A complete list of sub-processors will be published here before launch.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will rely on an appropriate safeguard such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Details of our providers and the safeguards used will be confirmed here before launch.

7. Data retention

We keep event data and photos for as long as the host's account or event remains active, and for a limited period afterwards so hosts can download their memories. Hosts can delete photos or events at any time. Final retention periods will be confirmed here before launch.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. 9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential to operate the service. Where we use non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will ask for your consent first and provide a way to manage your choices. Full cookie details will be published here before launch.

10. Children

The service is intended for adult event hosts and is not directed at children. Hosts are responsible for the content collected at their events.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
