Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who we are

SeeEveryMoment (“we”, “us”) provides a service that lets event hosts collect photos from their guests using a shared link and QR code. The legal entity, registered address, and contact details of the provider will be confirmed here before launch. You can reach us any time at events@seeeverymoment.app.

2. Using the service

By creating an event you agree to use the service lawfully and only for events you are entitled to run. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Your event and content

Hosts are responsible for the photos collected at their events and for how those photos are shared and displayed, including informing guests and obtaining any consent required. Hosts can hide or remove photos from their own events. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display it as part of providing the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend access where these terms are breached.

5. Pricing and payment

Pricing is shown on the pricing page and is charged per event. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Final payment terms, invoicing, and billing details will be confirmed here before launch.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As an EU consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the service before that period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully performed, the right may not apply. Our refund policy and how the withdrawal right works for this service will be set out in full here before launch.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but during this early period it is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as an EU consumer. Subject to that, our liability for the service will be limited as set out in the final terms published here before launch.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms will be governed by the law to be specified before launch, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Dispute resolution details will be confirmed here before launch.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

11. Final terms

Complete, binding terms of service will be published here and reviewed before the service is made publicly available. For any question in the meantime, contact us at events@seeeverymoment.app.
